SimbaPDF is a privacy-first toolkit for creating, editing, and converting documents online. Many tools run directly in your browser, so your files usually don’t need to be uploaded to a server.

Our mission is to make professional PDF tools accessible to everyone — without compromising privacy. Whether you’re merging, compressing, converting, or generating a CV, SimbaPDF aims to be fast, reliable, and easy to use.
2. How SimbaPDF works
Many SimbaPDF tools run in your browser using JavaScript. That means your document is processed on your device and can often be downloaded instantly without being uploaded.
- Local-first: where possible, processing happens on-device.
- Server features: if a feature needs upload, SimbaPDF should tell you before you proceed.
3. Our approach to data
We collect the minimum information needed to run the service (like account login and subscription status if you choose to sign up or pay). We do not sell your personal information.
